Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller is the business Ataşehir Özçamoluk, located at Orkidem Sokak No: 8/A, İnönü Mahallesi, Ataşehir / Istanbul.

Data processed and purposes

Website access logs: IP address, date and time, page visited and browser information, to keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.

Phone and WhatsApp contact: the name, phone number and message you share when contacting us, to answer your questions and handle your request.

Language preference: to open the site in your chosen language.

Advertising measurement (only with your explicit consent): IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and click information, to measure the effectiveness of our Google Ads.

Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract, that it is necessary for the controller to meet a legal obligation, and the controller's legitimate interest, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

Advertising measurement cookies and the related processing rely solely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Transfers

Your data is not transferred to third parties except where required by law. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are carried over WhatsApp's (Meta's) infrastructure, whose servers may be located abroad. If you load the map, technical data is sent to Google.

If you consent in the cookie notice, advertising measurement data is transferred to Google, located abroad, on the basis of your explicit consent.

Collection method

Data is collected automatically by the website server, and by you when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage.

How to apply

You may send requests about your rights in writing to Orkidem Sokak No: 8/A, İnönü Mahallesi, Ataşehir / Istanbul. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
